Your first 50-minute session focuses on your goals and desired outcomes. We will also explain how the mind works in relation to your specific issues and how we will help. Subsequent sessions build on your strengths and exploring your solutions using hypnosis. Many clients begin noticing real improvements within just a few sessions, feeling calmer, more confident, and in control.
Hypnotherapy sessions are available at our Liverpool practice or virtually via Zoom. Both face to face and virtual hypnotherapy sessions are equally effective. Virtual hypnotherapy is particularly convenient for clients outside merseyside or internationally allowing you to access high-quality hypnotherapy from the comfort of your own home.
